About This Game Planetbase is a strategy game where you guide a group of space settlers trying to establish an outpost on a remote planet. In the game you play the role of the base architect and manager, telling your colonists where to build the structures they will need to survive. You will have to ensure that they have a constant supply of oxygen, food and water to stay alive. You will get them to collect energy, extract water, mine metal, grow food, manufacture bots, and build a fully self-sufficient base in a harsh environment, where you are always one step away from total failure.Even if the game is not intended to be a simulator, all the mechanics are plausible, and based on what the expected challenges of establishing a colony in an new planet would be.Features: Four different planets with different conditions and increasing difficulty. Harness solar and wind energy (if available) in order to power the base's structures. Grow hydroponic Vegetables and synthesize Vitromeat to feed your population. Mine and produce raw resources, process them, manufacture goods, and establish a production chain. Carefully manage the colonist immigration flow to ensure you have the people with the right skills. Survive disasters like meteors, sandstorms or solar flares and defend your base from intruders. Mechanize your base by creating your own bots that will help with the more arduous tasks. Grow your colony from a few initial pioneers to a vibrant planetbase with hundreds of colonists. 7aa9394dea Title: PlanetbaseGenre: Indie, Simulation, StrategyDeveloper:Madruga WorksPublisher:Madruga WorksRelease Date: 15 Oct, 2015 Planetbase Free Download [FULL] * build O2 generator ** build airlock ** build solar medium solar panel ** build medium battery ** build water extractor ** scrap spaceship ** build canteen ** colonists got hungry eat at canteen *.........A wild Asteroid appears!Asteroid use 'strike canteen with colonists in it'It's super effective!11/10 bad luck killed my colonists again. I love this game. At first sight it looks simple, a "classic management game" , but it's not. Even when you manage to build a decent base it's hard to see when the crisis comes. Mistake often equals extinction. And, for those who will read my post , keep in mind that i'm saying this while I only survived the first planet for now... the easiest one...and there are 4 planets to conquer. If you like space colonisation and if you are looking for difficulty , this game is definitely for you.. ♥♥♥♥ing awsome i have played over hundred hours of this game and i still cant beat the final levels. i have got countless hours and i still love it. I've spent over 100 hours on this game. The first 73 were spent wondering if I was awful at city sims. This one has a few nice ideas but it has balance issues. Mainly the biologists. if you can keep everyone fed they don't mind having to sleep on the ground as long as you have a multidome. Not to mention that if your demand of food exceeds supply it starts a nearly impossible to stop cascade of starving citizens. I made it back down to 7 like when I started and thought it was gonna be OK. BUT THEN joke upon joke even though I had landing permissions off, some intruders came in and killed everyone. I don't hate this game and I don't hate the developers but its hard to like a game where it breaks its own rules ,kills you off when you're weak and doesn't do much to engage. It has some nice ideas and a cool "story" but its the small things that keep it from being solid. If you've played city sims before fun can be had if you can forgive some small flaws. If this is your first city sim (like me) Try some others than this one.. Improved graphics but the game keeps crashing. I am tired of trying to do anything on it just to lose it after this game being out for 3 and a half years. I am sure the game is good for other people. Uninstalled.. If...You're..willing...to...fail...over and over and over...again. My colonists are autistic, depressive, manic and narcissitic. Rather then working through their depression for survival, they just give up and die. It's an accurate visual depiction of tumblr.10/10. My Planetbase experience can best be described with one story.I started out in a nice area, got a nice colony going. We were basically self-sustaining and growing steadily. Then, a miner got injured. Nobody would heal him. Then another miner got injured. Nobody would heal him either. Eventually most of the workforce was injured and nobody would heal them. Without metal, we had no spares. Without spares, we had no way to repair our windmills or solar panels. Then we ran out of power and the entire colony died a slow and agonizing death by gradual suffocation, all because the doctors wouldn't do their job. Ooh, what's this, a prioritize feature? Yayyyyy, now the doctors go from ignoring their patients all the time to ignoring their patients all the time :DDDDD. This game is bland. You never feel connected to your colonists, nor your colony. Pretty much all the technology is given to you at the start. You can only gain tech by trading for goods through an AWFUL interface. Moreover, the trading system is completely binary and random. It's just a clunkly game with bland mechanics.
